Women's ring Size Guide 

Start by cutting out the ring size guide.  Cut inside the dashed line along the line of the ruler.  

Next fold the size guide in half, length-wise.  Prepare to wrap the size guide around the base of the finger you want to measure.  The FOLD, not the loose edges will go at the very base of your finger.  It may help to place a piece of scotch tape over the start end of the guide and use it to securely hold the size guide in place.

Finally, wrap the size guide around the base of the finger.  Line up the ring size number line to the edge of the start tab.  Make sure the band is taut.  If your size appears on the reverse side of the size guide,  mark the line you measure, then open the guide to read the size.
